Where are you based and how far do you travel?
I'm based in North Potomac, MD and I service the entire DMV — all of Maryland, Washington DC, and Northern Virginia. A small travel fee may apply for spots more than about 30 minutes out, and I'll always tell you the exact amount before you confirm.
Do you need access to water and electricity?
Yes — this is the one thing I genuinely can't work around. I need an outdoor water spigot and a standard power outlet within reach of where the car is parked. I bring my own hose, extension cord, equipment and supplies, but I don't carry a water tank, so I can't wash a car without a tap on site. Please check this before you book — if there's no water, I can usually still do an Interior Detail, which only needs power.
How long does a detail take?
Exterior takes about 1.5 hours. Interior takes around 2 hours. Full Service is typically 3–4 hours depending on the size and condition of the vehicle.
Do you charge extra for SUVs and trucks?
Yes — 2-row SUVs and trucks are $20 more, and 3-row SUVs and minivans are $35 more, because there's more to clean. Heavy mess like pet hair, set-in stains or sand may have a small add-on fee, but I'll always quote you before starting.
How do I pay?
Cash, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App or Apple Pay. Payment is due when the detail is finished. No deposit is required to book.
